Context​

Honda was looking for a partner to build a customer-facing mobile application from scratch for their Connected Car using modern technologies and cloud architecture practices that needed to be highly secure. The application had to be delivered within the timeline provided by marketing for the official launch of the car.​

Service​

The solution began with market research and exploration of design ideas using Design Thinking practices. High-fidelity prototypes were created to demonstrate the overall user experience and we prepared a product roadmap to govern feature delivery.​

A DevSecOps Product Development Team was setup to deliver the app using agile approaches. A working increment of the solution was delivered every sprint with quality enforced through strong Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, Unit Testing and Automation.​

We trained AI models to forecast chemical regulations using academic data, social listening, and safety metrics, adapting to the client’s internal changes.

This collaboration fostered agile development, enabling quick adaptability. The co-creation and partnership were vital in overcoming challenges, resulting in an integrated and innovative solution for the client.
