Stefanini Data Analytics Expands AI And Data Projects In Partnership With Databricks

The initiative reinforces the Stefanini Group’s “AI-First” strategy and enhances the company’s ability to implement modern data and artificial intelligence architectures at scale in the United States and Latin America.

Stefanini Data & Analytics, a business unit of the Stefanini Group, a global technology consulting firm with an “AI-first” mindset, announced today a partnership with Databricks, the Data and AI company, as part of the evolution of its data, analytics, and artificial intelligence operations. This initiative expands the set of technologies the company uses to develop data-driven projects for clients in Latin America and the United States, which is a key focus for the unit’s international expansion.

The initiative comes at a time when many companies are seeking to better structure their data and AI initiatives, but still face difficulties integrating different sources of information and transforming that information into business decisions. Data scattered across legacy systems, isolated databases, and disconnected spreadsheets remains a reality for many organizations.

In this context, modern data architecture has become a pillar of corporate AI strategies. The combination of Databricks technology—widely used in advanced data and AI projects—with Stefanini Data & Analytics’ expertise in implementing analytical solutions helps simplify this landscape and accelerates data-driven initiatives.

The unit’s operations are aligned with the Stefanini Group’s AI-First approach, which places data and artificial intelligence at the center of solution development and business decision-making for clients.

“This partnership is part of Stefanini Data & Analytics’ growth strategy and strengthens our ability to develop advanced projects within the Stefanini Group’s AI-First approach, where data and AI are at the center of business transformation for our clients. The United States is currently a priority market for our operations. Our goal is to establish a strong presence in implementation projects on the Databricks platform and expand this model to clients across Latin America,” comments Filipe Cotait, CEO of Stefanini Data & Analytics.

Databricks offers a unified cloud-based data, analytics, and AI platform used by global companies to integrate large volumes of information and accelerate AI initiatives. Recently, the company received the highest business quality score (AIBQ) from PitchBook, surpassing even OpenAI.

Results Already Achieved

Our partnership is already up and running. Clients in the healthcare, finance, energy, and retail sectors are using solutions developed by Stefanini Data & Analytics based on Databricks platform achieving gains in operational efficiency, personalization, and business intelligence.

One example is the modernization of a recommendation system for a major financial services company in Latin America. With Stefanini’s support, the company migrated to a real-time event-driven architecture based on Databricks infrastructure, creating Recomenda 2.0. This multi-product solution suggests the best meal options and even financial services based on account balance, geolocation, and real-time business rules. With the new architecture, system latency dropped from D-1/D-2 to real-time processing, increasing the accuracy of recommendations and user engagement within the app.

With this initiative, Stefanini Data & Analytics expands its ability to support companies in building modern data architectures and transforming information into business decisions at scale. The partnership reinforces the company’s position within the Stefanini Group’s AI-First approach and marks another step in consolidating the unit as a strategic partner for data and AI projects across various markets.
